Wendy Adams is the owner of Disputes Limited. A mediator, dispute resolution consultant and trainer, Wendy helps women business owners and corporate executives negotiate effectively and navigate through conflict.  Some of the ways she provides this service include: management training in Communication and Conflict Resolution, Workplace Conflict Solutions Meetings and Negotiation and Mediation Coaching. Wendy and her husband Bill co-mediate family cases and when time allows, work with couples helping them learn more productive ways of communicating.

Myra Crawford

Myra Crawford has been a member of ACR-GA since 2003.  She was tapped to be the Mediation Program Administrator for the Juvenile Court of DeKalb County in May 2010.  Ms. Crawford developed the delinquent and deprivation program, policies and procedures.  Prior to her current job, she was a Case Coordinator for DeKalb County Dispute Resolution Center.  Her duties included developing the State and Magistrate Court dispossessory program and scheduling State, Superior and Magistrate court civil cases for six years.  Myra was also Program Coordinator for Clayton County Juvenile Court for four years and is currently a member of the ACR-GA Board of Directors.

Kingsley Buhl


For more than 39 years, Kingsley Buhl has practiced general corporate, real estate and commercial transaction law, representing large and small business entities, financial institutions, governmental agencies and individuals.  He has extensive experience in negotiating and closing complex transactions involving the sale, purchase and financing of business and real estate assets, as well as, construction and development financing for large commercial projects. 

Mr. Buhl has also tried a number of commercial cases in federal and state courts.  He has gained extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution through the representation of many clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, as well as, the negotiation of workouts and settlements when underlying commercial deals have not met the parties’ original expectations.  Kingsley received his law degree from Yale Law School and a masters degree in Labor and Industrial Relation from Michigan State University. He was named to Best Lawyers in America in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, and a Michigan Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He is now pursuing the practice of arbitration and mediation on a full time basis.

Christina Beslin

Christina Beslin is an experienced administrative professional.  Former Administrative Assistant at The North Country Cultural Center for the Arts in New York., Christina duties included an array of special projects, marketing and event planning. She possess a keen eye for detail in her role as Administrative Coordinator with A.T.Hun Art Gallery, in Savannah, Georgia, she assisted the gallery owner with all aspect of the business. Ms. Beslin is a registered neutral and currently serves the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit.

Danielle Lynch

Danielle Lynch has served as a Child Advocate Attorney, representing children in the DeKalb County foster care system for three years. Prior to working with the DeKalb County Child Advocacy Center, Ms. Lynch worked for the Fulton County Office of the Public Defender, in the Fulton County Superior Court. Her desire to practice in the area of public interest has also led her to work in the area of Social Security disability benefits, as well as working as a staff attorney for Georgia Legal Services Program, representing clients in housing and elder law.
Ms. Lynch earned her J.D. from the University Of Georgia School Of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University. In addition, as a result of recognizing the benefits of conflict resolution in her field of practice, Ms. Lynch is now enrolled in Kennesaw State University’s Master of Science in Conflict Management Program. She looks forward to being able to combine her graduate level conflict resolution skills with her future advocacy work for families and children. 
Ms. Lynch enjoys working with children.  She also makes an annual commitment to volunteer with the Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry and Homeless, AIDS Walk Atlanta, and the Future Foundations annual Thanksgiving Dinner Program. Danielle is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.


Jamila Mindengall 1 year term 2011
Jamila Mindingall is the founder of Collective Deliberation, A Dispute Resolution Firm. A graduate of
Kennesaw State University’s Conflict Management Masters Program, Jamila has extensive experience as a Worker’s Compensation Paralegal at the Office of the Attorney General

She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Chatham County Juvenile Court and interned with the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (U.S.AID) Northern Disaster Assistant Team (DART).

Valerie Roberson 2 year term ending 2012

Valerie Roberson has 13+ years of legal experience.  She is an EEO investigator and mediator. Valerie has taught continuing education for mediators for the Georgia Child Support Calculator.  

She is the former Project Assistant for the Georgia Child Support Commission and the former Domestic Violence Legal Advocate for City of Atlanta Municipal Court and Fulton County. Ms. Roberson has served on the ACR-GA Board of Directors for two years and currently chairs the Legislative Issues Committee.
