They provide technical assistance to new and existing court-connected ADR programs; training to neutrals in court ADR programs; implement the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution's policies regarding neutral qualification of neutrals and quality of programs; and monitor court-connected ADR programs and collect statistics on those programs.
